Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast


Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Toothpicks for securing

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Butterfly each chicken breast.

In a pan, sauté chopped spinach and minced garlic in olive oil until wilted.

Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese.

Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture, securing with toothpicks.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Remove toothpicks before serving.
