4 bell peppers, halved
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup cauliflower rice
1/2 cup black olives, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground turkey until browned.
Add minced garlic, cauliflower rice, olives, feta, tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
Stuff each bell pepper half with the mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until peppers are tender.
Serve with a sprinkle of extra feta.
