Ingredients:

1 large eggplant, thinly sliced

1 pound ground beef

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups marinara sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, brown ground beef with minced garlic.

Add marinara sauce and dried basil to the beef, simmering for 10 minutes.
