Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In a pot, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in butter until softened.
