Avocado and Bacon Egg Cups


Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

4 large eggs

8 slices of bacon

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped chives for garnish

⏰ Total Time: 30 minutes⁠


Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the avocados in half and scoop out some of the flesh to make room for the eggs.

Wrap each avocado half with a slice of bacon, securing it around the sides.

Place the avocados on a baking sheet.

Crack an egg into each avocado half.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
